Power Automate - Legacy chatbot retirement

Starting on September 2, 2026, the legacy chatbot experience in the Power Automate portal will no longer be available.

How does this affect me?
Users will be unable to access the legacy chatbot within the Power Automate portal. Access to help, documentation, and support resources is available through the Help (?) menu in the top-right corner of the command bar.

This change does not affect existing flows, support channels, or other Power Automate functionality.

What action do I need to take?
This message is for awareness, and no action is required.
