This enhancement simplifies the meeting join experience and helps users connect to the appropriate room device with fewer steps.

- Targeted Release: Rollout will begin in early October 2026 and is expected to complete by late October 2026.
- General Availability (Worldwide, GCC, GCC High): Rollout will begin in late October 2026 (previously late September) and is expected to complete by mid-November 2026 (previously early October).
