This enhancement simplifies the meeting join experience and helps users connect to the appropriate room device with fewer steps.

- Targeted Release: Rollout will begin in early November 2026 (previously early October) and is expected to complete by mid-November 2026 (previously late October).
- General Availability (Worldwide, GCC, GCC High): Rollout will begin in mid-November 2026 (previously late October) and is expected to complete by early December 2026 (previously mid-November).
