On November 30, 2026, Describe it to design it in Power Automate will have reached end of support.
How does this affect me?
Makers in your organization will no longer be able to create new cloud flows using Describe it to design it. This retirement doesn't delete or move existing flows. Makers can still create and edit flows in the visual designer and start from templates.
What action do I need to take?
For makers who want to create flows from descriptions, please use the Power Automate plugin in an organization-approved coding assistant, such as GitHub Copilot CLI. For perquisites and installation instructions please visit, Get started with the Power Automate plugin for GitHub Copilot CLI and Claude Code.
Makers may also manually create flows or create flows from a template.
