Disable-SafeAttachmentRule
Disable safe attachment rules in your cloud-based organization. This cmdlet is also responsible for disabling complete Safe Attachments policies in the admin center, which consist of the safe attachment rule and the corresponding assigned safe attachment policy in PowerShell.
