-Identity XdsGlobalRelativeIdentity yes Unique identifier for the IP address to be created.
-InMemory SwitchParameter PARAMVALUE: SwitchParameter
-IPAddress String yes The name of the IP address. This must be a unique and valid IPv4 or IPv6 address. You cannot specify an IP address and an Identity at the same time.
-MaskBits Int32 This parameter determines the length of bits to mask to the subnet.
-Tenant Guid Globally unique identifier (GUID) of the tenant account whose IP addresses are being created. For example:
-WhatIf SwitchParameter Shows what would happen if the cmdlet runs. The cmdlet is not run.
