Create a managed connection for a remote domain. When you create a remote domain, you can control mail flow with more precision, apply message formatting and messaging policies and specify acceptable character sets for messages sent to and received from the remote domain.

Parameters (5)

Parameter	Type	Required	What it controls
-Name	String	yes	The Name parameter specifies a unique name for the remote domain object. The maximum length is 64 characters. If the value contains spaces, enclose the value in quotation marks (").
-DomainName	SmtpDomainWithSubdomains	yes	The DomainName parameter specifies the SMTP domain that you want to establish as a remote domain. A valid value is an SMTP domain (for example, contoso.com). The maximum length is 256 characters.
-Confirm	SwitchParameter		The Confirm switch specifies whether to show or hide the confirmation prompt. How this switch affects the cmdlet depends on whether the cmdlet requires confirmation before proceeding.
-DomainController	Fqdn		This parameter is available only in on-premises Exchange.
-WhatIf	SwitchParameter		The WhatIf switch shows what the command does without making any changes. You don't need to specify a value with this switch.
