Set-IPBlockListConfig
This cmdlet is available or effective only on Edge Transport servers in on-premises Exchange. Use the Set-IPBlockListConfig cmdlet to modify the IP Block list configuration that's used by the Connection Filtering agent on Edge Transport servers.
