-OwningApplicationId Guid yes This parameter specifies the ID of the SharePoint Embedded application.
-ItemMajorVersionLimit Int This parameter is used to override ItemMajorVersionLimit for container types.
-SharingCapability SharingCapabilities Determines what level of sharing is available for the SharePoint Embedded Application.
