User impact: Users may have intermittently been unable to access Copilot Chat in Outlook on the web.
More info: When some users attempted to access Copilot Chat in Outlook on the web, they may have intermittently received an error that stated, "Something went wrong. An error occurred. Please try again."
Final status: Our investigation identified a misconfiguration with the Agent Builder feature, which caused users to intermittently be unable to access Copilot Chat in Outlook on the web. We disabled this configuration within the feature and confirmed with previously affected users that impact is remediated.
Scope of impact: Impact was specific to some users who attempted to access Copilot Chat in Outlook on the web.
