Current status: Our investigation of the 403 errors determined they are unrelated to the impact, and our ongoing analysis of the error patterns leads us to suspect that the build update is the source of the impact. We're monitoring the roll back as it progresses to ensure this fully resolves the issue and the volume of errors doesn't increase during peak traffic hours.
