More info: Impacted reports included the following: -Microsoft 365 group reports -Microsoft 365 active user reports -Microsoft Teams team activity reports -Adoption Score Final status: The backlog of report data completed processing and we've confirmed using our internal monitoring data that impact is remediated. Scope of impact: This issue may have impacted any user that attempted to view the affected reports listed in the More Info section. Start time: Saturday, April 4, 2026, at 12:00 AM UTC End time: Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 1:00 AM UTC Root cause: An issue with an upstream data pipeline responsible for populating reports in the Microsoft 365 admin center was degraded, causing reporting delays. Next steps: - We're reviewing and improving our automated recovery services to detect and prevent similar upstream data pipeline issues if they occur in the future.
