Title: Users are experiencing license syncing issues in Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal reports
User impact: Users were experiencing license syncing issues in Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal reports.
More info: When viewing Health reports in Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal, the License Type column may have displayed "syncing" instead of the expected license type for affected devices. The issue may also have been present in exported reports.
As a workaround, users could have viewed accurate license information through alternate report views or by accessing the applicable room management pages within the portal.
Final status: We've completed deployment of our fix to address the offending sync issue and validated from our internal monitors that our actions successfully remediated impact. We advise users to run a new Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal reports query to ensure the issue is remediated for them.
Scope of impact: Impact was specific to some users experiencing license syncing issues in Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal reports.
