Dynamics 365 Sales: Sales tools, skills and plugin are now available in Copilot Cowork

<p>The updated Sales plugin brings expanded Dynamics 365 Sales context, actions, and guided workflows to Copilot Cowork, building on the native Sales skills already available in Cowork. Sellers can work with sales data and take supported actions directly in the flow of work, reducing the need to switch to Dynamics 365 Sales.</p> <p>The native Sales skills invoke tools published through the Dynamics 365 MCP server to retrieve sales context and perform supported actions in Dynamics 365 Sales. These native Sales skills are included in the Sales plugin, which will be delivered through the updated MOS package for the Sales app, providing administrators with a governed way to deploy and manage the capabilities.</p>
