Description

<p>The row summaries experience has a refreshed layout that makes AI-generated insights more prominent and easier to consume. Improved visual hierarchy (including clearer spacing, background and border treatments, status indicators, and generation labels) helps summaries stand apart from surrounding form sections so users can quickly identify key information.</p> <p>The visual treatment takes inspiration from similar AI-powered experiences in Microsoft 365 apps, creating a more recognizable and consistent presentation for AI-generated content. It also establishes a foundation for bringing insights from multiple sources into a unified summary experience over time.</p> <p>Microsoft-provided summaries from Dynamics 365 applications, including Customer Service and Sales, are also available directly from model-driven app view pages. Users can access relevant insights while browsing records in a grid without opening each record individually.</p> <h3>Availability</h3> <table> <thead> <tr> <th>Field</th> <th>Value</th> </tr> </thead> <tbody> <tr> <td>Release Channel</td> <td>Weekly</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Version</td> <td>2610.2</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Applies to</td> <td>Model-driven apps</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Feature Scope</td> <td>Users (always enabled)</td> </tr> </tbody> </table>
