Dynamics 365 Project Operations: Optimize Project Operations - View current and upcoming staffing in a timeline

<p>The new timeline view augments the experience for team members in Project Operations by giving them visibility into current and upcoming staffing (both task and project level).</p> <p>The feature includes:</p> <ul> <li>Weekly view of task-level assignments.</li> <li>Weekly view of project-level bookings.</li> <li>Clear highlighting of periods without staffing (bench time).</li> </ul> <p>Business Value:</p> <p>A lack of visibility into current and upcoming project staffing leads to suboptimal planning and inefficient onboarding. This also creates uncertainty around bench time (utilization). By providing team members with a clear view of task- and project-level staffing, this feature aims to eliminate these issues.</p> <p>Enabled for:</p> <p>Enabled by admins/makers/marketers for end users</p>
