Dynamics 365 Contact Center - Improved feature discoverability within Contact Center Admin Center

We are announcing improvements for discovering the latest features and news about capabilities in Dynamics 365 Contact Center. This feature will reach public preview on October 23, 2026.

How does this affect me?
With these discoverability improvements, administrators can more easily discover what's new, understand the value of key capabilities, and take the next step toward adoption. This feature connects administrators to relevant learning and adoption resources with two new experiences:

• A What's New section will showcase new features in Copilot Service admin center.
• A Did You Know section will highlight timely product updates, announcements, events, and other relevant information.
